Price Didn't get the room I ordered, but clerk accommodated - yet gave me a very dirty and smelly room with bugs crawling all over by the window. Mentioned the issues so they gave me a not so smelly room. I didn't get the lower price adjustment for the downgrade (no biggie). The price for the place matched the quality vs other hotels in the area. Would not recommend if you're expecting the typical clean hotel experience

The Bathroom had black mold around the tub ,walls and the soap dispenser also there was water in the hallway the didn’t get fully cleaned up and the breakfast area the juice machine the over flow pan was full and all over the counter and floor never cleaned up and employee kids unaccompanied in the pool and no one at the counter just a sign that read out helping other guests

Horrible. Mold everywhere, room dirty, towels, curtains dirty, phone not working.

It was cheap!! Get what you pay for!!! Didn't seem like there was enough people working most of the time. When some were working they brought their kids to swim in the pool. Room was missing lamps and dresser. Refrigerator was broken and leaking smelly blue fluid. Screen was laying on the ground outside. Looked nice online and driving by but wouldn't recommend unless you just need a bed for the night.

I was happy with my stay especially considering other hotels I’ve used in the same town.

This trip was supposed to be a highly anticipated, special occasion for myself and my granddaughters. This was our very first outing together, and it was meant to be a time where we could make lasting, happy memories. Instead, our experience was completely ruined by the condition of the property. On September 18, 2026, my party checked into Room 214. Unfortunately, we immediately encountered several significant issues that made the room unacceptable: * Inoperable Amenities: Both the television and the in-room telephone were completely non-functional. * Lack of Cleanliness: The bathtub was dirty and had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. * Insufficient Supplies: There were only two washcloths provided when our party required three, and the staff was unable to provide an additional one. I went downstairs to notify the front desk agent about the broken utilities. She acknowledged there was an issue with the phone system and offered to move us to Room 202. However, upon entering the second room, we discovered the exact same issues existed there as well. Because the hotel was unable to provide a functional, clean room with basic amenities for our special day, we chose to leave the propert

The bed was comfortable. The room was cold. I had the heat set at 76. No heat was coming out. The phone had no dial tone. Noticed the cord was gone. A bag of garbage was left next door to my room from the time I checked in, until I checked out. And I gave a cash deposit, didn't get a receipt for it. When I checked out I didn't receive my deposit because the girl that took my money never put it in a envelope with the room number. I called the police and filed a report. I'm very upset because I needed that money back. And the pool is not heated, the room in the pool was heated, not the pool.

For the most part, the room was fine, and was nicely updated. But, there was a lot of mold around the tub and fixtures. We didn't use the tub, but we reported it on checkout. This hotel recently converted to a Sure Stay so, it may have been there for awhile. We would return.

I had booked my room over a month earlier and they did not have the same style room available. They had rented it to someone else. The clerk was able to place me in a different style room but how can a reserved room be given away? I spent 2 nights. The first morning, before 8AM, the breakfast was out of orange juice and waffle batter. Hours before breakfast was to end. No fruit was available. May I suggest that the pillows be returned to regular pillows, not the square hard overstuffed ones? I travel with my own pillow for this reason and really don't think I should need to.

There was some sort of dried goo on the chair in the room. The TV was in pieces on the table. Yhe outlets in the bedside lamp didn't work. Outer door on the south side of the building is broken (no card entry).

ONE staff member was cool. Our tub didnt drain. there were constantly people yelling in the hallways and the whole place smelled like weed. Location is horrible, good luck opening a window because theres noise from traffic. The woman at the desk checking us in canceled my reservation knowing i couldnt be there until just 1 hour later. Refused to refund.

I sent a email room was dirty carpet smelled bad and when complained was told if I cancel I will still be charged. Entire stay
