Never again, this place is the worst.

I checked in and instantly regretted this booking. The lobby was dirty and in the room there was feces in, on, and around the toilet. I immediately checked out and requested a refund. The lady gave me a nonexistent email to email for my refund. I then contacted Expedia to express my frustration and to get this horrible experience resolved.

Cleanish, not sure what they mop with but the floors were damp for hours. Old insulin needle above door frame in bathroom. Air worked well. Older outdated, but did have fridge and microwave. Decent for price

There were roaches in the drawer & the micowave in the kitchenette was broken & disgusting. The kitchenette had a sink & a fridge & disgusting drawers. The room had too much furniture in it considering how small it was. Overpriced. Third party payers made it difficult to refund & the manager didn’t care. The only good thing was the day & night front desk. They were accommodating & nice

If you enjoy living life on the edge and want to experience an awful time, where people live here, and are partying 24/7 with doors wide open, probably selling drugs. This is your stop. This place is literally awful, and I would avoid it at all costs. I ended up leaving and wasting money on this awful place. The room was "clean" as in the sheets were changed, but the toilet had stains and the hot tub area felt like you were just walking on a moist tile. Awful to go to a hotel and experience homeless people partying, which you don't even seen until you get your room key.

Floor had soapy residue all over. Told we could not have more than one set of towels (we had 2 people) because housekeeping didn't have any clean on hand.

The check-in process was way too long. There's no reason for standing in the lobby for 15 min. The lobby was hot as hell, also. The bathroom in the room was disgusting. It had not been cleaned. The toilet had crap splatters on the inside. The shower had someone's leftover bar of soap in it.
