Comfort Inn Mount Pleasant – Racine

Amazing staff, great location, clean room. I have stayed here for 3 weeks and will always choose this hotel when working in the area.

Great stay

Breakfast was nice, with a variety of foods. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was very small, and the sink was out in the room, separate from the toilet and shower. The coffee pot was too high - on top of the microwave, which was above the mini fridge, so it was hard to operate the coffee pot since I was unable to see where I was pouring water. I thought the setup was very awkward. But other than that, the room was comfortable, temperature was adjustable, and bed coverings were adequate with lots of pillows.

Everything was well kept. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I had an overall decent day at the Comfort Inn. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was good and what you would expect of a continental breakfast from a hotel of this chain. There was a decent selection of both cold and hot food items. I like that there was 24 hour coffee in the lobby because unfortunately the coffee maker in my room did not work. I found it difficult to navigate the channels on the television, but managed to make it work. My room was clean and I liked that they have updated to hard floors. The bathroom area was small, but manageable. The biggest con that I found from staying here was the noise. The road outside is extremely noisy and it sounded like a fast and furious movie taking place outside! There were also some extremely loud guests on our floor yelling back and forth and slamming doors from 2:30-3AM and yet more guests slamming doors between 5:00 and 5:30 AM…made sleep difficult. While I do recognize that the noise level and door slamming of other guests is not the direct fault of the hotel, it was a nuisance nonetheless.

I had to ask three times to get a maid to just replace the towels. As I was moving luggage to my car the maid went into my room and through away things I was planning to take with me.

Clean and quiet

The rooms are so clean...The Staff were GREAT!!! The breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Great people to interact with. Our room only had one knob that held 1 towel. No where to hang a 2nd towel. Sink drain had extreme odor and trap needed cleaned out. We will stay there again because of the location but the stay could have been almost perfect without the odor.

Very clean and staff very friendly

Our bathroom had what appeared to be mold on the upper walls of the shower. Although we were given another room that night after bringing it to the staff's attention, we were in that room for hours before we noticed it. The side entry door had tape over the lock for easy access, which only means anyone can access the building or rooms. Both need attention. Parking was plentiful, staff were nice, and breakfast was ok.

Clean quiet good location. Good breakfast. Okay workout room

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient! Check-in and checkout were easy. Everyone very nice and accommodating. Rooms were comfy/nice. like all small hotel chains, you can hear footsteps above you, so recommend getting top floor. The breakfast was good and well kept. No complaints about this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time.

Room was very clean had a microwave and fridge which was convenient. All day coffee was great for my dad and breakfast setup was also great.

Great location, comfortable stay

My second time staying. Staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond for me more than once. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Ample parking.
