The property was just like the pictures. It was clean smelled great and the staff was extremely nice

Clean room, issues with shower door and toilet. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Actually came to check on the hotel and stayed waiting at the front desk for ten minutes while the desk gal talked on the phone on a non-business call.

Stopped here for an overnight on a road trip due to the excellent price per night. The hotel was super clean and well maintained! Our room was immaculate. Really loved that it had an actual bedroom/living room/kitchen. King bed was so soft and comfortable. We've stayed at a lot of hotels and the breakfast was one of the best we've come across. Only downside that I could find was the noise of the constant slamming room doors until 2 am but it was a holiday weekend and sold out. This is at every hotel though, not just this one. Other than that, wonderful stop for the price!

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the amenities were great. We enjoyed a varied and hot breakfast. We didn't visit the pool so cannot comment on it. The hot tub was out of service.

Hot tub was out of service. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel too. Dining tables were dirty and not maintained. Took a bit to refill empty food bins for breakfast. No towels in pool area. Went to gym to get towels.

Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. Broken phone, shower doors that wouldn’t stay shut, and a room that never got cleaned even after we were promised it would be. The manager called all of it “minor” — if this is minor to them, I’d hate to see what they consider a real problem. Zero stars if I could.

suites are the best choice for when you travel with your family, very practical

The room was spotless with comfortable beds and tons of space for my family. Quisha at the front desk was so friendly and professional, definitely a top tier employee. When the pool was out of towels, we just asked for a few for our group. They got them immediately, then within minutes had all towels in the pool area refilled. I have zero complaints about our stay, and will definitely be booking here every time we are in the area.
