The staff was great !
-
A very noisy hotel. You can hear every sound from the room next door.
-
Love this place!!!
-
Nice property, everything within walking distance.
-
The room and hotel were nice, but the elevators need to be fixed. With so many guests trying to get to the ground level, having two elevators that don’t work properly causes long delays.
-
Great place to stay
-
The view as amazing and so clean
-
View from room was awesome No room service
-
Great place to stay in the middle of Times Square, my only complaint was no water bottles are in the room you have to purchase them from a local store or vendor off the street. I would think for 500 bucks a night they would pony up for a couple of bottles of water.

Staff very helpful. Hotel is so convenient to theaters!
-
Breakfast needs to be better organized. Valet service was 5 star!!!
-
The rooms are small, but maybe most are in NY

The corner room overlooking Times Square was amazing! It was cleaned every day, and the staff were always incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We also appreciated the gym, which was well-equipped.

Even though our room was right above Times Square, we didn't have any noise issues. Breakfast was also very good.
