Hotel Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most others in New York City. And we had a floor to ceiling window! I will definitely stay here again.

Superb

Exceptional

A great location with fairly reasonable rate. Thanks for hosting us!

It was a beautiful hotel and in the perfect location. Very clean from the lobby to the room.

SOLO TRAVELED FROM TEXAS GREAT LOCATION FRIENDLY STAFF AND WILL RETURN

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were helpful in answering any questions we had and helped us arrange transportation to the airport. We also had a great view out our window!

I had a great experience with Hotel RIU, the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Everything touristy is super close and easy to get to, with most distances being 20-minute walks, if you’re not comfortable with taking the subway. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!!

I liked everything about the property. The location is fantastic for everything you want to or need to do in Manhattan. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean . It has a lovely grab and go food section/bar. The staff are all very helpful, nothing is a problem for them.

Great location. Nice lobby. Rooms are prety standard. one important point: elevators arrive fast. Very costly for a pretty standard room.

We loved the location and the option for late checkout

Very central location although was quiet

Clean rooms. Our room was smaller than I thought for two queens… they were shoved together to make one big ol bed! It’s a good thing our family of four get along. The gym was so so. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay in NYC! Super close to Times Square. Very convenient to subway. Super busy.

Staff was polite and helpful, breakfast was wonderful and the room was immaculate.

The location was perfect. Staff was awesome Tiniest refrigerator ever. They should have microwaves in the room to heat up all the yummy NYC food. We wasted a lot of

Location is incredible - right in the heart of Times Square. Nice lobby, helpful staff, and rooms were very clean! Bed was comfy (linens could be softer - but I’m spoiled and prefer bamboo linens). We did as for additional pillows (which arrived very quickly) as there were only 2 on the bed. Shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap and counter had hand soap and lotion dispenser. Safe in room and mini fridge as well as coffee maker. Will DEF stay here again.

Friendly and great staff. Made us feel welcomed and it was lovely that they sang happy birthday to me. 10/10

The staff was abrupt didn’t take the time to answer my questions the breakfast was what we expected from its advertising otherwise the accommodation & room was good as well as the location

Very central, good hotel Very crowded, but that is NYC
