Breakfast was the best Ammenties were nonexistent for a signature hotel.

Staff Room walls full of unpainted drywall patches, regular 7min or longer waits for elevator due to only one functional elevator for a six floor facility is terrible.

Bed cover and sheets was clean. Room still had trash on the floor. Dirty behind toilet.

However management needs to work on their upkeep of the property. If it wasn't for their staff I would not recommend. Started off in a room that had a great view, king bed and at the end of the hall. However, we had to switch rooms twice because the a/c was out. We ended up in a room with two double beds, middle of the hall, and overlooking part of the hotels roof. Also they had only one operational elevator when we got there. By the time we left that one had quit working. The rickety sounding service elevator was the only way to get up to the rooms. The staff did an amazing job under the circumstances.

Overall stay was decent. Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Would definitely recommend to others.

They now allow pets

Check In Person was nice and very professional, however, the A/C in my room was not working correctly and did not get below 77 all night. The lock bar was very loose and unscrewed from the frame of the door. I was going to tell the morning desk person about these issues, but when I went to check out at 4:30am, there was no one at the desk and no one showed up after waiting 6 minutes, so I left. Not a good stay considering there is a Holiday Inn Express and a Hampton Inn right next door.

I loved the staff. They were welcoming and for every problem we had they were quick to find a solution. I also loved the location!. The facility was rather worn and things such as the elevators and air-conditioning did not work. We had to move rooms and use the services elevators which were scary and slow.

Three rooms before found a working ac elevators where broke had to use service elevator floor was wet and sticky when woke up and very slippery after putting shoes on

The picture of the room The room was not clean, the linen was was did not look fresh, the bathroom was NOT CLEAN! There was an unpleasant scent as well. I told the receptionist she said that they were renovating the rooms that's why the furniture looks that way she said it's old. She said she would have housekeeping to come clean room and bathroom, did not happen! I puchased air freshener and cleaning supplies to clean the the bathroom and the room myself. The elevator was also broken, had to use service elevator, which was horrible. The picture of the room look very nice, but this is not how the room look in person. I WAS NOT PLEASED AND I'M STILL NOT PLEASED!
