Good location. Quiet. Room was clean and comfortable
-
The staff was wonderful! At the front desk they were welcoming.

Location is convenient. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean. Needs updating, musty, sofa sleeper malfunction did not allow us to use it which we needed and paid for, exterior window covered in green mold, breakfast food was cheap and terrible.

Yes bathtub in my room was clogged took a long time to drain after showering??

Very nice staff
-
Facility maintenance lacked a lot. Bathroom was not well maintained. I was very disappointed, because I intentionally chose the location because it was the newest property. It took three attempts to get a suitable room.

Clean and nice staff

When I got there the room I initially booked and paid for wasn’t available. They had given it away.

The staff was so nice and sweet. My family and I were in town for our family reunion so we all were spread out over all the hotels in the area. I picked this one with my mom. Our room was very clean and orderly however the smell all throughout the halls and lobby was so strong had us chocking! The carpets need to be replaced or shampooed thoroughly! The mildrew and moldy smell is not okay. So strong. Breakfast was good and everything else was good

The next morning at breakfast I found mold on a couple of the oranges that were being served. The elevator to the fourth floor also appeared unsafe. It made a loud screeching noise and shook every time it stopped on the fourth floor. Because of the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service issues, I no longer felt comfortable staying at this hotel with my family.

The staff was friendly but housekeeping is severely lacking. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to replace our towels, make the beds, empty the trash or vacuum. Yet, they had the audacity to knock on our door a whole hour before checkout time after being M.I.A. the whole weekend. The first time we asked for fresh towels, we were told the policy was that we had to return our dirty towels to the desk in order to get new ones. We did that the 2nd night and a different person said that's not their policy. On day 2 we got back to the room and our keys didn't work because they only programmed them for 1 night instead of 3. Be advised if you have pet allergies this is not the place for you. It is a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled like mildew and wet dog when we arrived. It took quite a bit of Febreze to make it tolerable. I will say the lobby area was clean as well as the breakfast area, and the breakfast offerings were decent except for the rubbery eggs. Another positive is the location was very convenient to all our activities for the weekend. The pool looks like it's been shut down for some time. The cover was disgusting and the area around it looks abandoned and overgrown like they just gave up on it. The desk clerk said they have an arrangement with Hampton Inn next door to let guests use their pool. Unless there are some serious changes, I would not consider staying here again.
