It was clean The pool was too cold!

We immediately reported the situation to the hotel, but we were told that there were no other rooms available. As a result, we had to leave the hotel around 2:00 a.m. and find another place to sleep. I find it completely unacceptable for a hotel room to have bed bugs and for guests to be forced to leave in the middle of the night to find a safe place to stay. I have photos, videos, and evidence of the bites. I expect the hotel to take responsibility for what happened and provide us with a full refund for our stay. I strongly recommend that other guests carefully inspect their room before settling in, especially the bed and mattress seams.

Clean hotel, nicely designed, helpful staff, super comfortable bed & pillows, nice shower. The only issue we had was with our c-pap machines. Lack of bedside tables and electrical outlets made it tricky.
