Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

Staff were friendly. Location was great but the beach area was a little more crowded than some other Waikiki areas. Pools were great and lots of on-site shops. The views from our room were majestic. 21st floor facing Diamond Head. Mornings spent watching the sunrise and looking at the reef below to watch the dawn patrol and turtles surfacing from their morning munchies. Food onsite was also very good. Easily walkable.

Always positive staff, perfect air conditioning, with hot water, and incredibly spacious.

Hotel facilities, closeness to the beach are unbeatable. Very convenient stay if you want to explore Waikiki alone and go to the beach Wifi speed and connectivity are not good

I would like to draw your attention to a persistent issue I faced during my stay at the Sheraton hotel. Over the course of my visit, I reported the fire alarm flashing throughout the night due to a low battery on four separate occasions. The bright, intermittent light was incredibly distracting and made it nearly impossible to rest properly, as it shone directly in my eyes. Thank you!

We stayed at Sheraton Waikiki it’s very closed to all the shops which I liked very much and very close to the food court. However we had a room for the 6 of us and the rooms are sooo small and it’s very expensive. Everything is an upcharged. They also need to figure out why only 1 elevator works because it’s so many elevators but only 1 work at once. It gets very crowded a lot of people so if you looking for something for exclusive consider another hotel. The views were nice of the beach

Lobby very busy and not very welcoming.

Nice and clean property close to shops but I booked my room with the king size bed but they don’t have king size bed availability on same floor when we arrived .

Room was big and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. The resort is close to many restaurants and shops. My only issue is the lack of umbrellas at the pools and the beach isnt good. There is a way better beach that is within walking distance and the chair and umbrella rentals are cheeper. The resort fees are high and they make u rent chair for $99 at the resort beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Restaurants are expensive and food is average.
