That I had a fan to keep the room cool I reserved a pool view room to be close to my friends and I didn’t get it

Beds and pillows comfortable. Leaky faucet in bathroom. No refrigerator.

Walking distance from a lot of places, was very comfortable and easy access to everything we needed

Shower didn't work, Long hallways to walk poorly lit.

I stayed for the pool being outside but the water was freezing and the hot tub was warm but didn't work. The pool needs to be updated and there was garbage and stained cushions with food???

Good location with a really good Cafe on site. Property needs a bit of TLC. Stayed two different times in the same week in two different rooms. One was nice, clean and comfortable. The other had peeling wallpaper, lights burnt out, toilet seat about to fall off, and in run down condition. Would stay again but would not hesitate to change rooms after checking in.

Entire “Tower” wing needs a major renovation badly. Wallpaper peeling from walls, etc. No one cleaned room and we stayed 4 nights. (I also did not ask) Ok if you only plan on sleeping, as it’s inexpensive

Do not stay here ! I will never stay here again. Bathroom filthy and mold growing on drywall in bathroom. My husband and I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. When I asked about the hot water with the staff up front , all I got was " I'm sorry it has not been working properly for a long time " I was not offered a room where the hot water was working to shower in or a room credit. Beds old and uncomfortable as were the pillows. I expect hot water and a shower after a 10 hour journey in my car. What annoyed me was the hotel knew the hot water did not work ( it was luke warm) yet no one told me so that I could decide to stay elsewhere. Nope they kept their mouth shut, rented the room and collected my money. This is very poor business practice. I felt comfortable booking this hotel because of the Red Lion name- it used to mean a quality place to stay . I was so wrong and very disappointed.

Food was good in the Restaurant.

Great price clean room friendly staff Only one working elevator and no fridge in room

Location Not clean. Run down. Parking garage was filthy. Room wasn’t clean. Shower door didn’t open well. Carpet was dirty. Drapes didn’t cover the whole window and a lot of light came in at night.

The property is extremely run down... one elevator was out of service, the pool area had damaged cushions and broken chairs. The hallways needed a good cleaning including vacuuming and dusting. The only area that appeared not in disrepair was the actual casino.

Location Old towels, ripped curtains - no fridge - remote didn’t work

The property appeared clean, nicely maintained, but that only applied to the casino and hotel check in. After check in and entering the hotel part of the property was a nightmare. Everything was very poorly maintained. Elevators needed wiped down, once they finally arrived! Super slow process. Carpets needed vacuumed badly! It felt filthy before we even arrived to our room! Our room was a nightmare! It was so dark and depressing! No lamps and dim recessing lights. Carpets were stained with huge red spots. The wall paper was falling off the walls, it had some furnace looking vents on the wall connected to the room next door so we could hear every single breath taken practicly. Walls were so thin! Just poorly built in general! When we turned our lights out to go to sleep, we could see the lights to the room next to us at the top of the wall that separates the rooms! The bathroom had rust above the door, getting worse with every shower. The shower head was so clogged with calcium build up that the stream was down to a trickle. Overpriced rooms that I don't recommend and I won't ever stay there again!

Casino is immaculate, the rest of the property falls way short of that. Parking garage garbage everywhere, rooms very out dated and mold in bathrooms, front desk staff very rude and unhelpful upon arrival was better when leaving.

Close to everything Bedding was dirty kept calling front desk and they said they would send up clean bedding. After 6 calls we got bedding the next day
