Breakfast was very poor.

Coffee was Folgers. I am not a fan. Breakfast was meager. We ended up eating our own food from the market. The rooms were very quiet with heavy doors to keep out the noise. Our room was just around the corner from the elevator and it was not noisy at all.

There was never anyone at the front desk, always in the back. The young lady that checked us in after waiting 10 min for her to get off the phone, could only give 1 extra pillows. We have a king bed with 4 pillows smaller than standard size, almost toddler size, and the mattress was not comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel but with less choices. Had to ask for coffee cups, sugar and no pastries or muffins, and this was at 645 am. Needs major improvement and more variety, even for continental.

The front desk staff were great! It was also nice to have breakfast available. The room was a nice size — larger than average but it was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed.

The layout of the bathroom was awkward. To get to the sink, you have to completely close and latch the door to the room with shower and toilet.
