My fiance and I came for a quick one night get away. The staff was great and everything was super clean and easy to access. Bed was comfortable! Pillows weren’t my favorite because I like a little more full but that’s just a personal preference. Overall it was a wonderful getaway!!

Staff and Hotel were excellent. Rainy weekend and there was a complimentary shuttle to the Cavalier across the street. Orion's roof bar was great and we had a very nice time for afternoon tea at the Raleigh Room in the Cavalier.
-
We loved the ability to use amenities from the 3 properties. The free shuttle to the Historic Cavalier Hotel awesome! We ate at Becca’s and our meal was 5-Star as always. I would just remind myself to book on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday as they are when there is music. We also love the feel of being in the Bahamas with the view, the seating and the music!

Best beach tesort in Virginia Beach Cleanliness, facilities and fod.

We have had issues on the past 3 visits with big weddings taking over the hotel. If you aren’t part of these groups the staff doesn’t care

We booked the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. During repeated power outages, our elevator lost power while descending from the 21st floor, suddenly dropped several floors, stopped, and went completely dark. My cousin’s 7-month-old baby was in the elevator with us, making the experience terrifying. I completed an incident report with hotel security afterward. The power also went out repeatedly during our celebration dinner at Orion’s Roof. To make matters worse, we found ants in room 2111 and what appeared to be a bed bug on the bed, both of which we documented on video. The property and location are beautiful, but the combination of the elevator incident, repeated outages, and pest concerns completely overshadowed what was supposed to be a special birthday and anniversary weekend. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides an appropriate resolution.

Phenomenal!

I would have been nice to have availability of all 3 pools.
-
Checking in was clunky. Room was not ready so they said they would text us. Never got a text. Finally got through the line a second time and said we didn’t get the text. Same guy said it was not his responsibility as he was on break

We loved the resort and there were many things to do. It was very clean. Our room was perfect and very clean, however the toilet did run continuously the entire time. I can’t really complain bc we didn’t report it. The main issue was the fire alarm that went off during our first afternoon. The alarms were blaring and it was saying to evacuate immediately, which we did take the stairs all the way down. We got to the lobby level and nobody seemed to know what was going on. It apparently was only our floor and not anywhere else. It was business as usual for the rest of the resort. We tried to get answers from the staff and were never given any updates and finally just went back up to our room. Otherwise, great vacation!

The staff was great and the food at the Orion was fabulous! Nothing at all.
-
Parking garage was tight and very busy. Floor numbers were wonky
-
Beautiful property but I paid for an ocean view room and got one with a glimpse of the ocean across a roof and mechanical equipment. It was very disappointing. Be sure to avoid rooms on the 10th floor!!

One Night but great overall experience
