The stary was beautiful - My room faced the sunset each night and I could see from the comfort of my room or down at the pool. Everyone treated me with excellent service. Clean room. Amazing staff- Loved the Bingo and casino options and the food options were plenty. I will return to this establishment.

Thank you is all we can say! This hotel and casino are absolutely beautiful and the best rate in the city if visiting Tucson! It was convenient to the Mission and the Seguro National Park. The rooms are spacious and the beds are top shelf in terms of comfort. We loved the views of the mountain! You don’t have to gamble if you don’t want to. The casino is a bonus along with the free parking. The restaurants are decent.

Amazing place for the price

the rooms and pool were very nice jsut wish the other hot tub was open as one was getting quite crowded the hot tub was very crowded cuz one was closed other than that it was great.

Staff was very helpful and easy to find. However the sheets were dirty so I called down to get them changed. The other bed had huge ripped holes in it and they had to be changed. The elevator and hallway carpets were dirty. The bathroom was clean. I cut my visit short as I did not want to stay more than one night. VERY DISAPPOINTING

What a great place! This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, great value, plenty of amenities and wonderful service.

The hotel was very nice the only complaint is the room door was hard to open and close the lock. I would for sure stay next time I’m in Tucson.

Overall good stay. Sadly I accidently double booked through two services. One was already paid in full. After being told by front about issue at check in, they refused to refund one or even give part off. I screwed up but since was staying and have stayed several times before, would have thought they would have at least refunded part.
