The breakfast was the best thing about the entire stay The toilet was so low that it was suitable for a child but not an adult.

AC rattled quite a bit. Not a big deal but it did some attention

Staff was amazing. Needs updating. Remove carpet. Smells also needs new mattress and pillows. Water pressure great but tub/shower is very narrow and bathroom sink cracked all across. Dresser/ tv stand sagging and chunks missing. Pool and 1 elevator were not operational

I really appreciated the desire of the employees to help without me asking. They acted like they genuinely cared & wanted to make my stay perfect... I don't think of a thing that they could improve on. Good job, guys & gals!!!!

I like a hot breakfast with variety. I do not want a wimpy “continental” breakfast to start my day while traveling. There were not enough luggage carts in the lobby for people arriving. The air conditioning was struggling in the lobby and hallways. Too much humidity.

Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of items. We had two rooms and were pleased with both. Only negative was how badly the handicap accessible shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. You don’t provide a safe space for a person to shower in only to then leave them with a slippery floor they cannot navigate.

My husband appreciated the smoking area. The breakfast was very good! The rooms really need upgrading. But I think the building is quite old.
