Great staff, easy own parking, clean room, good location What surprised me that I didn’t know about 100$ that they blocked from my account

Fabulous place. First night has hot water trouble but it was fixed in a few hours and all was great. Front desk staff amazing.

The rooms are outdated my floor was coming up, the restaurant was closed an that was one of the reasons I picked there to stay

Just wish we had a personal microwave in the room. The floors share a microwave and there was spilled food from someone who previously used it.

The room wasn't very clean. There were stains and marks on the bedding and furniture. The room was very dusty.

Ample accessible indoor parking. Checking was late so I only interacted with the front concierge. He was friendly and courteous. He did not inform me of any of the amenities. It was late and perhaps he niticed how tired I was. Besides, I was only spending one night. My room was clean. Comfortable Bed. Television had very very limited channels. Almost everything else said "sorry no network connection. Please connect to a network". Not enough of a big deal for me to make a fuss about at 12:00 am. Heater didn't work. Room temp was at 60°F, it was a chilly night. I set the climate control to 72° just to warm the room up for a bit quickly but after 10 min the room was even colder at 58°. No matter what temperature or setting I used, the vent only blew cold air. Mini-fridge with freezer, but no microwave. I later saw a communal microwave where the ice machine is, keep in mind, there are A LOt of rooms per floor in this hotel. The room floor and trim could use a bit of maintenance. Otherwise for $140/night comfortable bed...clean room and nice staff. Can't lose...

Wonderful stay. All was great!

Very clean though a tad bit dated. Absolutely amazing food at the restaurant and beautiful lobby. Amazing restaurants close by as well. Pool and sauna were extremely relaxing and comfortable!

Perfect, clean, and organized room. The heater had a little issue they could not resolve. Other than that, everything was great.

The place was beautiful, well kept, and hosted by very accommodating staff. Would love to book again when I’m back in the area

The room was clean and the hotel is good for a couple-of-nights stay. The lobby is gorgeous. It seemed that the bathroom had been recently updated. I would stay there again. I would recommend paying attention to details. For example the inside of the fridge door had mold on it. The dining table in the room was chipped. Someone had spilled their drink in the middle of the lobby, and nobody from the staff was around.

Quiet. Clean. Near lots of places to eat.

Parking garage convenient. Bed was super comfortable! Walk from elevator to room was loooong.

There's two sections of the hotel. I'll review. Was read it on the back section of the hotel, rooms that have three digits, and not four digits.

The whole place was nice and clean as well as the room. The property is well maintained and I felt very safe staying there.

My stay was very peaceful will definitely be back
