Being the only major hotel in the area, I can understand why this hotel was busy. Also factoring in the time of year with all the tourists, I understand why the hotel would be loud. But that being said, be prepared for thin walls. It's been a long time since I could hear my neighbors tv in a hotel. And some people are just rude with talking/arguing in the halls so early but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Room was clean and it was a nice property

Comfortable with a decent breakfast. The elevator was very slow and only one was working, which wasn’t very helpful when staying on the top floor.

Popular stopping spot for fall foliage seekers. Crowded but quiet stay. Room was clean and nice size to spread out. Breakfast bar was super crowded but easy to take food back to the room

Location and the bed was great. If we knew this place was as clean as it was we would have spent 3 days there and never went to North Conway.

The property is clean and staff was nice. The lights in the room were broken and also the black out blind was broken. The price paid was a bit too much given the hotel and the issues we experienced with the property.
