Good location for our visit to Burlington and Stowe. Breakfast was good and convenient. The coffee was really good and the afternoon cookies were a big hit! The rooms were not very sound proof. you could hear everything in the hall and adjorning room. The doors slammed when closing no matter what you tried to do. Luckily I had earplugs.

So checked in late and got into room to find that the garbage cans had not been emptied in the room (bathroom had been) . Then called for an extra blanket and they stated they would send one up … never happened. The gross part was the shower drain was completely clogged and didn’t drain properly. Since we left very early in the am I called @ 6:00pm when we got home. Called the front desk just to let them know the drain was clogged! Didn’t get a Thank You for letting us know! Just got a response of “why didn’t you let us know.” “Someone is here 24/7.” Room just felt dirty or not properly cleaned!

We stayed in the handicap room.the tub was in really bad shape.It was a old porcelain tub with alot of chips and rust.Even the tub wall had been patch.I like to stay at Holiday Inn, but this is not what I would call up to Holiday Inn standards. Very disappointed.

Location They gave us a room that they knew had no heat. Tried to sleep but it was too cold at around 40*. Called the desk and she said she knew the heat wasn’t working. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Manager never got back to me about this problem

I was pleased with the room. The front desk people were also very nice. Didn’t have the breakfast. I think I would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub seemed dirty. The water was a bit murky and there were visible human hairs floating around. Not recommended for the pool but the rooms were clean, the area was quiet for the most part and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel was very clean! The staff was top notch. Sashae addressed all of our needs and was very professional. Location was very close to all of our interests. The breakfast staff was very attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area! No complaints.

Staff were all great. Check-in was quick and easy. Everything was clean. Only complaint is that breakfast was pretty awful. Eggs were some prefrozen cheese omelette things that you find on sale at the Dollar Store. Not even the typical crap reconstituted scrambled eggs that every other hotel on the planet has. The only so-called 'meat' was turkey sausage patties. Gross beyond belief. No bacon, no beef and/or pork sausage patties or links. I haven't checked yet to see if I paid extra for the complimentary breakfast, but I hope not.
