Awful casino staff. Worst experience possible. Stay somewhere else.

The rooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. But the technology in the hotel is really outdated. I could not get connected to wifi during the entire stay on any of my devices. I contacted the hotel and asked them to help. The immediate response was "I am sorry I cannot help you." It's not a hotel problem, implying all my devices are somehow defective with wifi connection? I asked if anyone else had issues and she said "no one has complained." I asked if the huge casino hotel has IT support and she said "no." Absolutely did not care nor attempted to resolve the issue. I was in Phoenix for work and had to either connect to hotspot or leave the hotel to get my work done. The TV was old and very outdated. No streaming, no access to any apps, only TV and hotel movies. The phone in the room was not working and the electric outlets were old. It was a more expensive hotel than the one my colleagues stayed at and they definitley had a much better experience.

The games were super stingy and it was very expensive to stay here for 4 nights and teye have extra hotel fees. The food was just ok in the two restaurants we tried. The pool was closed once because of the wind and another night because of a concert. There was a smaller pool open one of those evenings. We had trouble with our room's AC and had to move rooms so they comped us some weird amount like $98.95 could not quit manage giving us back even a $100, but that's more than we won on the slot machines gave! We will not be coming back.

Amazing place, well maintained and clean. Only issue is that it's a drive to Old Town Scottsdale and and centers. But their Bellhop team and SUV's are available to run you anywhere in a 5 mile radius and are all amazingly friendly. And I believe the gym needs to be bigger with more equipment.

Non smoking casino o open 24/7 including tables Only because I ended up staying here unplanned, they didn't have a complimentary make up remover in the bathroom, silly, but so many places have them. They did have cotton balls and q-tips though!

I like the property especially my son who loves water liked the pool. During our stay. It was not crowded.

My entire experience was amazing! Everything was wonderful, from the service to the overall atmosphere. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay very enjoyable. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the blankets in the room, as I felt they could have been more comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Best stay forever! Smoke free gaming areas, comedy show was great!
