It was overall a nice place to stay at.

They advertised a free shuttle from the airport called and they said they’d be there in 10 minutes and we waited over 45 it never came and then I had to call it took over an hour for the shuttle to come very disappointed

Overall, it is OK. Breakfast buffet is pretty much worthless. You will experience something similar to a storm in the shower. I mean, I like high pressure, but this one was on another level.

Took over an hour to check in. Only one employee checking customers in. There was a convention of 200 people in hotel. Shower pressure was extremely high. Hurt on skin.

I love this hotel! I’ve stayed here for the last 3 years in a row. It’s always clean and feels safe. It’s in a great location. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also, the warm cookies are amazing!
