The house phone couldn't be made to work, there is much delayed maintenance, especially on the exterior. The grounds could be renovated and updated with more seasonal color.

We had tickets to Bayfest Day 3 and decided to make a mini vacation out of it. Its was nice to have the ocean and fire pit steps away from our room. We did get locked out once, but they sent security to help us out and unlock the room. Thats was funny, but it happens. We did kayaking for 2, tandem, for the early bird at 9a and it was perfect! Sun was still rising, just don’t forget your hat or sunblock! Recommend Tidal for dinner, that is in the resort and is walking distance. Staff we nice and the room was clean.

I enjoyed my time at paradise point hotel. I would say that my main complaint was the distance our room was away from the pool. Restaurants and the lobby. It made it a bit of a hassle, even with a vehicle. Plus the nightly fee of $45 for parking on top of an almost $50 resort fee per night was excessive and surprising. If staff were more willing to help give rides back and forth to our room it would have made my time here more relaxing. But with the heat, it wasn’t very enjoyable.

Overall, it was a good stay. The workers were nice and helpful. The pools were nice and clean, liked that there was multiple and one for the adults. Cons: - didn’t allow us to check in until 4:30 due to not having rooms ready which is after check in time. - lots of damages to the room, doors with shredded wood/paint. Door handle to our room falling off. Only half lights worked.
-
The room smelled like a bleach sanitizer and was worn out. Would not stay here again.

The bar staff was very helpful and we were upgraded to a bay view room Parking fee

Amazing experience and such a relaxing place to stay

I don’t think we got the full experience since it was raining for most of the weekend, but it didn’t seem like there were a lot of indoor activities. If it had been sunny, I’m sure we would have had a more complete experience. We also had a lot of ants in our room prior to the rain, which got worse once it rained. They were unable to switch us due to being at capacity, but someone came in and cleaned it, which we appreciated. The classes that were offered the one sunny morning we had were great - we loved sound bath and yoga.

Room was clean and spacious with lots of drawers for storage. Small refrigerator, no microwave. Lots of extra towels, and an extra pillow. Ironing board and iron, nice spa quality toiletries. Parking close to room but shocked at $50/night charge for parking. Gardens and ponds everywhere, beautiful. Lots of squirrels, birds. Gazebos to hang out in. Several swimming pools, but no outside beverages aloud inside. At night, lots of fire pits available. I don’t recommend premium rooms by the bay if you plan on swimming. Sign said bacteria in water swimming not recommended but view is nice, with several fire pits (bring your own wood).

The property is very beautiful; however, it feels a tad bit outdated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind staying again.

It is a beautiful setting, room was nice. Most amenities besides pool, mini golf and pickleball tennis cost extra. It's nice but pricey for what you get.

Beautiful Location, but the Rooms and Customer Service Need Improvement Paradise Point Resort & Spa is a decent property with a beautiful setting, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The property itself is showing its age, and the rooms are in serious need of updating. Our room had what appeared to be black mold, electrical outlets coming loose from the walls, and several pieces of old, outdated furniture. For a resort at this price point, I expected much better maintenance and accommodations. What was especially disappointing was the customer service. Once the staff confirmed that our reservation had been made through a third-party booking site, they seemed much less willing to assist or accommodate our requests. Regardless of how a guest books their stay, everyone should receive the same level of hospitality. On a positive note, the housekeeping team did a great job whenever we needed their services. Their efforts were genuinely appreciated. Overall, Paradise Point has a lot of potential, but the dated accommodations, maintenance concerns, and lack of accommodating customer service really detracted from our stay. With some much-needed renovations and a greater emphasis on guest satisfaction, this could be a wonderful resort. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would have a hard time recommending it at its current price point.

Exceptional

Bring your own beach chairs and if you are not on the bay do not plan to have grass in front of your lanai. The garden view pond was scummy but brought in wildlife. Room was as described. All in all a decent stay for the money.

Lot of walk can get lost

We paid a pretty penny for this place because of all the amenities, however, you have to pay another pretty penny just to use them.
