Days Inn by Wyndham Black Bear

Room was large and clean. Fixtures and bedding were new. Exterior needs some renovations.

Very nice place we stayed because where we live we don't have a tub and I wanted a tub.

The rental rate at the hotel was about $40 less per night than what we paid thru hotels.com. Better check first to avoid frustration of paying more.

The front desk staff were great. It was a good location. I really like that they have a room with three beds. Unfortunately our room had a few things that we weren't thrilled about. You had to keep the light on to watch TV due to the outlet /wiring issue. There was stinky old food left in the fridge. There was no toilet paper holder. None of the lamps worked in our room; when we checked to see if they were plugged in, one cord was completely broken.

We stayed in a first floor room and the bathroom window didn’t have the ability to lock.

Large facility. Rooms were adequately furnished. Quiet other than freeway traffic, which didn't bother us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and well lighted. The lodging was close to good restaurants and shopping. A few negatives, but trivial (I only mention because I had my own housekeepingbusinessfor many years) ...bottom sheet was inside out and had cigarette burn holes in it, and floor like it hadn't been mopped as my bare feet were dirty after walking around following my shower. I forgot my flip flops. Other than these minor issues we woukd definitely stay here again.

Did not eat. This hotel was way to close to the freeway. The noise was unacceptable

Very comfortable room with all the amenities I needed. A fine budget motel, a cut above the usual. Would stay here again. I needed an invoice for tax purposes and the desk clerk adamantly refused to print one! She was very kind but said she was under strict orders. I don't understand this policy and it may well cost me money.

This is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing as well as the location. It is a big property.

The room was very cozy, clean, and smelled fresh. You can tell it was recently renovated and updated. Everything worked perfectly. I especially liked that the hotel is smoke-free and doesn't allow pets. We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

The room was mostly clean Housekeeping definitely didn't check the coffee pot as there was a moldy filter in it also we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub in the room and it was unusable there was no stopper and the bottom of the tub was chipped the vanish gone and could see the rust
