That place is good, for the price and close to RIT We went to visit my son for two days. When we arrived, it didn’t smell good—it smells like pee; it seems like a dog might have peed there. Regardless, it’s fine for those who, like us, are just looking for a place to sleep. We stay there again

No onsite daily cleaning service. No breakfast options. There was a coffee machine and no cups to pour in. Front desk is closed from 9p-9a. It appears they have temporary residents because school buses pulled up to pick up kids at the hotel. You decide…..

No shower curtain. Phone in room no dial tone. Coffee was not good. Phone didn’t get fixed, I had to put the curtain on. Self absorbed staff, not customer oriented Will not stay again

The toilet was used and not flushed when we 1st entered the room. We had booked 2 nights, we're told if we wanted fresh towels to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange. No hangers, nothing that would have made the stay more comfortable inside the room. No where to sit other than the bed and the 1 chair at the desk, no loveseat or other chairs.

Staff is very nice & friendly??? I request a 2 Queen Size beds paid for it I was given 1 bed with no box spring . The bed was so low on the floor my poor boyfriend with back problems . I had to pull him off the bed. I never experienced this in the 40 years of traveling to 48 states.

It was in a nice area Everything looked old in the room. Beds hard pillows small. The night staff HORRIBLE,the manager HORRIBLE.

The location Someone was able to open our locked door, there was a "key" left in our room, the blinds were broken, smell of pot inside the hotel, elevator dirty, floors dirty, shower not clean.

Nothing We did not stay. Upon checking in, the office staff were smoking weed, the entry of hotel reeked. This appears to be a longterm residential location and not a typical hotel. The beds had pee stains on the blankets, pillow cases that looked like they had been crumbled up and then put on pillows. One bed only had a fitted sheet that didn't fit bed and an overlay blanket, 2nd bed looked like someone just threw the pillows on it and bed was sloppy. I did not feel safe stating there with my daughter and we left within 30 minutes of checking in. I have emailed the hotel and booking.com requesting a refund as well as sending photos of the room.

We got to town and the hotel at 8:45pm and the entire lobby was closed we had to wait 20 minutes for the employee we spoke to on the intercom. Ah told us she had 30 minutes to com assist us … she was dressed for bed including a hair bonnet. She was not helpful with our room needs and the blind was missing a section that was broken and I was on the ground floor that was unexceptable so I had to request a sheet to put over the blind .. but the morning staff was very nice .

The staffs hospitality, the cleanliness of the place, and its location. Value, cleanliness, location

This is a minimum service facility. You get the bare minimum in everything. Unless you tell them ahead of time, ther will charge you $3.25 per day for laudry exchange fees. We used our tolews for six days. We paid the fee because it was in the small print of the contract. If you don't mind being nickel and dimed, this is the place for you.

In general. The hotel was less than average. The room was clean but the furniture was worn and extremely noisy. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean . The bed very comfortable. We arrived late and check in was still incredibly easy and the staff were polite and helpful. Only problem was our key. Stopped working the morning we trying to get coffee and pack up. Wonderful area too.

No breakfast was served and the people above us and on the side of us was noisy. The front desk doesn’t do anything about it. Better customer service skills for the employees so that they know how to treat the customers.

When we got there said they sold a room they didn't even have. Had to wait to get that fixed. The hallways had garbage on the flood. The room had no clock, no utensils or glasses in the kitchenette. The door to the bathroom didn't fix so scraped the floor all the time. No kleenex. For being no smoking there were ashes in the room. You can hear through the walls. The bed was literally just a mattress, no box scrings, on a cot foundation. Basically a futon. There were always people smoking pot and Bbqing by side door to get in. Constant sketchy people wandering or skateboarding around the parking lot. First place I've ever been that said they have ZERO staff on site between 9pm and 8am and if there is an emergency to use a red phone by the desk. Was told to try to not leave at night because the keywords tend to not work well and if you come back after 9pm might not be able to get back in. There are also apparently squatters since we saw eviction notices on doors. In the bathroom the counter was so slanted things would roll off. For being relatively new in a good area, it was like a 75 year old run down motel in the slums. Incidently there is another hotel right next door, which had stayed in previously that was amazing.

It was comfortable and quiet a great place for an escape I found roaches in my room
-
Very cheap feeling. Overwhelming smell of smoke. Sheets, room, and clothes all smelled like smoke. But they also used something to try and mask the smell of the smoke. Did not feel safe

The front desk lady around 8:30pm on 9/17 was awesome and holding it down. Maam, Sorry again for knocking over the business cards.
