This is the worst Hotel I have ever been in. The hotel made me feel unsafe. I am surprised I did not see the yellow outline of a body on the floor. That impression made me leave the premises without ever opening my bags. I sat on the bed for 30 minutes while I found a different hotel with vacancies to move to. I would only recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This place gave me the maximum creeps.

Property said it was full, and no one was there to help us. Complete scam, should’ve read the reviews

Staff Room was dirty, sheets and pillows stained, no toliet paper holder, bathroom sink slow draining and missing cap, shower leaky.

Unclean

Hotel was horrendous, trash lining the halls, entire floors smelt like hot shit, hasn't been swept in months. Terrible terrible service

Extremely disappointing experience — one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was not clean, and the TV was not working. The shower was not functioning properly, and the room phone was also not working. There were no towels, no soap, and no shampoo provided. There was also no grab-and-go breakfast available, despite it being expected. The customer service was extremely poor, and our concerns were not handled properly or addressed in a timely manner. To make matters worse, we were charged maintenance fees even though no maintenance was provided, and room service charges were added even though we did not receive any room service. These additional charges were very concerning and need to be explained. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The poor condition of the room, lack of basic amenities, non-functioning facilities, poor customer service, and questionable charges made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to improve the quality of the rooms, services, and customer experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing It was dirty
-
- Small black debris on the bed and black hair across the sheets and bathroom. - Unclean floors. - Evidence of forced entry on one of the room doors. - A strong smell of marijuana and another foul odor. - Police presence on the property (two police cars) I felt unsafe Given these unsanitary and unsafe conditions, I checked out and left to property

key cards rarely work, no desk or staff or access to staff after 11pm

Yes—that’s the most important consequence to include. Assuming you mean the greater Rochester area: We arrived at 12:20 a.m. after a delayed flight, only to discover the hotel had oversold and had no rooms available for our reservation. Nobody was at the front desk. A cell phone number had been left for guests to call. The person who answered sounded half asleep, and two staff members eventually came downstairs, one wearing a nightgown and shower cap. For about five minutes, they stared at a paper listing room numbers and shook their heads without explaining what was happening. When I finally asked, they admitted the hotel was oversold and said they were trying to find us a room. They then walked through the hotel knocking on doors to see whether any rooms were empty. After another 20 minutes, they still had nothing available. Every other hotel we checked in the greater Rochester area was sold out. My daughter and I ended up sleeping in our rental car. This wasn’t simply an inconvenient check-in. We had a reservation and were left without a place to sleep after midnight. The lack of preparation, communication, and professionalism was unacceptable.

It’s a homeless encampment

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The door was broken and I didn’t stay there. There were people standing outside of the hotel it wrecked of urine and marijuana. There was nothing that I liked
-
They didn’t have the room available after i paid the reservation!
-
Pet friendly The staff was useless when trying to extend your stay. After I checked in, I didn't see another staff member atvthe front desk for 2 days, at check out.

Nothing Hotel was overbooked and I was still charged for my stay even though no rooms were available. There was no one at the front desk for the 15 mins I hung around and I ended up having to call a number posted on the window in order to talk to the clerk and find out there weren’t any rooms, she told me I wouldn’t be charged. There was another group waiting in the lobby that had the same experience of booking a room and it not being available. Large group of people hanging out right outside of the lobby drinking and smoking weed, which is fine just not directly in front of and blocking the entrance. Someone also had a bonfire set up in the parking lot which I thought was odd.
-
Pros: It is cheap and reasonably near the airport. It is pet friendly, and I enjoyed meeting the dogs. Cons: I was charged more than the quote, but couldn't understand the explanation why. The room was dirty, the carpet was gross and the towels were stained. There were no cups or any kind of kitchenware at all, despite having a "kitchen". There were parties going on in the parking lot until midnight.
-
Nothing. I wasn’t able to check in because there was no front desk staff and all phone numbers for the hotel were out of service or unreachable.
