The location was great, and the hotel was clean. However, when I checked in, I specifically requested a quiet room, but I was placed right by the elevator, which made it very noisy with people coming in and out. I wish more could have been done to improve my stay. I also would have appreciated having some security presence to feel a little safer while staying there.

Clean hotel, location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only thing that could be improved. I don’t have high expectations for any hotel breakfast but this was one of my least favorites. Overall though a great place to stay in Richmond with lots of restaurants nearby.
