Amenities and location. It was so nice that they provide the laundry pods and dishwasher pods. The sky deck was nice. Didn't get to use the pool but i did go check it out and it was nice. I will definitely come back.

The place was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a perfect location. Situated right in midtown, it was close to great shopping, dining, and workout spots. I’d definitely stay here again every time I’m in Phoenix.

Close to the Barrow Institute and grocery stores. Very easy to find and follow directions. I had a rental car the first day and was able to park across the parking lot after 6pm when I arrived. You will need a permit to park in the daytime. Returned my car that night so not an issue. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Has pretty much everything you need: real hand soap, body wash, shampoo, tea/coffee, etc etc.
