The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful

The staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the evening Kickback, but we really appreciated that it was offered along with the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

This will definitely be our go to when in KC. Breakfast had many options and good. The kickback was perfect for us to get a bite to eat right before heading to a concert. Rooms clean. Staff excellent. Parking garage for the storm lastnight. Hopefully we are able to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and hot tub with our next stay.

Breakfast was good. Pool facilities were a little odd, small pool. Elevator didn’t work for the whole stay. We stayed here same time last year, and it felt like the property was a little run down as compared to last year. Loud banging noises on the 7th floor next to our room, and a dirty pair of underwear left for days on 7th floor hallway, close to back stairway. I don’t know that I’d stay here again.

Only one elevator was working. Very congested. The poor staff kept having to apologize for having to use the elevator to transport their carts.

This wasn't our first stay. This is now our preferred hotel to stay in when we go to Overland Park. Everything is great!

Main elevator not working.

All the staff was friendly and the service was great!

The breakfast, drinks, and evening meals were a pleasant surprise. The plastic cups in the room were disappointing. While the lobby area looked updated, the rooms were definitely dated.

Great experience and super friendly staff

I arrived about three hours early. Having worked in the hotel industry for many years, I was hoping to be allowed in early if the property had rooms ready for check/in. The front desk clerk confirmed that rooms were available; however, she informed me that I would be charged $50 for early check/in. This REALLY “irked” me!!! Her manner was curt. Fortunately, a Manager must have heard our exchange because she came out to the desk and told me that since they had rooms available, she was happy to waive the fee. I sincerely appreciated her taking charge; still, the manner and tone of the Front Desk should be noted. My stay was 9/2/2026. Drury Inn/Overland Park, Kansas. Jill Denmark
