Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-Drive/Orlando

Everything was great. Loved how the bedroom had its own door unlike a standard hotel. Pools were really nice, check in was extremely smooth. Only minor annoyance was we got called at least once a day about a “departure gift”. Once at 9 am when we were trying to get some sleep. After the 3rd time it got a bit annoying. No complaints about amenities

Second time staying at this property. Amazing staff. Super clean. Room was perfect. Great place to stay off property for the parks. So close to both Disney and universal.

Everything was great besides the construction going on at the property and closure of the marketplace and pool slide. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and loved the sound of the fountain outside our screened balcony.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! Amazing property and the perfect destination for a family vacation! The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every stay truly enjoyable. This was my fourth time staying at this resort, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The consistency in service and hospitality is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning again!

Clean room, space was amazing!

Lovely resort property for a good price. Price was great likely because of construction ongoing throughout the property, making some detours necessary. It was very rainy when we were here so we really couldn’t use the outdoors components of the property, but I can see how it would be good during better weather.

I like the parking space was accessible. The room was very clean.

We paid for the total accommodation and all charges upfront through Expedia in total. There was no mention of any addition charges at the property which must be shown under Uk consumer law when booking. When we checked in we were told that we had to pay an additional $30 + tax per night parking fee for fourteen nights at a total cost of $447.30 (£339.46). We contested this straight away and said that we weren't prepared to pay this and that if this was the case and we had known we wouldn't have booked the accommodation with you. We contested this with the Sheraton and still said we weren't prepared to pay this charge for parking, despite this they have charged my credit card in full for the parking without my permission. Which I am going to escalate this further. I would also like to add that I have all my booked confirmation and receipts that have nothing on them confirming and additional charges at the property paticularly parking fees.

Loved it! From the time you enter the property, you instantly fall in love. Such a great place to stay with family! I do wish they had a bit more for the kids to do but either way we’ll be staying when we come back! Amazing!

Beautiful villa resort I’ve been to in the states .. very clean and I love the fact that theirs 5 outdoor pools ! And great restaurants and bars very lovely staff as well. They are very attentive to your needs I would definitely come back and recommend as well.

I would like to see breakfast added as an amenity especially considering parking is not included and is pretty costly at $35 per day.

I has all the plates, silverware and glassware you need. Big fridge and plenty of space. Pools, restaurant's and property is beautiful.
