Staff was amazing the room was horrible . No hot water . The water would not drain from the tub for a while . Found a long black hair in the bed and I don't have blk hair . Found 2 bugs in the room. The tub looked horrible with chipped paint everywhere I wouldn't put my grand kid in it I told her no.

This hotel was disgusting, not clean at all! And the day we checked out we found cockroaches in our room.

Pictures don’t fit the real thing. Very outdated and rooms not very clean. Only 2 towels in the room and none at the pool. We stopped at the desk and asked for more towels, the gentleman was kind and brought us 4 small pool towels and 1 towel said they were in the dryer, asked for room # and said would send some up in about 30 minutes. They never came so in the morning stopped at desk to request towels and the lady said they were washing, she never checked nothing. My son said to be careful taking our things home because he had 2 roaches crawl across him. My husband found what appeared to be a bed bug.

The roaches in the room and did not get our refund that the staff had promised give the state of our room.

There was bugs in my room. The shower is dirty. There was use soap in the bathroom bathroom floor dirty. Dirty carpet marks all over, bathroom wall dirty, carpet was coming off the wall, they were bugs crawling on furniture.

Pool was nice tell there was roache in the pool the room had alot of space for my wife and kids Roaches in pool and in room around fridge

Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this hotel! Between the unbearable weed smell, cockroaches and rewarmed breakfast each morning I can’t pick what part of it was the worst. Oh maybe the glass in the bottom of the pool my kid stepped on. This hotel should be shut down! Do not stay here!

There were cockroaches in our room and breakfast area. People smoking in the elevators and weed smell throughout the floors.

Nothing. This hotel is not appropriate for a family to stay in. There were cockroaches in the rooms and breakfast area. The bathtub faucet was broken. People were drinking beer out of glass bottles in the pool and the front desk did nothing. Glass was found at the bottom of the pool along with beer caps. And more…

Fleas were in the bed. And other bugs I have no clue what they were.

It was overall a fine place to stay. Except I heard someone singing on and off throughout the night stating about 4:00 am. 😒

Very helpful staff as I had to extend my stay several times. Breakfast was good every day but always the same items. Good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Started by giving us keys to a room that was occupied by three people, unlock the door and there were three people in the room already. The next room had paint all over the walls. Furniture floor carpet was dirty. Toilet seat was broken. We were put in a suite and that was what the suite was bedroom, two bathrooms and living room paint all over everything tried it on the carpet curtains, etc..

Central location, easy to find, coffee shop near by. Comfortable bed and temperature. Carpets stained in some places and shower not clean looking. Certain features need replacement or maintenance, like the elevators and drapes. Breakfast area needs to be cleaned multiple times from 6-9 am people can be messy.
