Dirty room. Blood stain on the bedding. Water didn't drain from the bathtub. Staff rotated our concerns. They said they would provide a discount and the manager would call. Neither happened

Horrible hotel. Had two adjoining rooms, and one would not open. The staff couldn’t figure it out. The beds were dirty, floors were gross, and the bathrooms were barely cleaned. Zero stars. I would like a full refund

I do NOT recommend booking this hotel. I booked the king suite, 1 room king bed. At check in, 30 minutes after booking, was told Expedia overbooked them and the could only provide a double queen room. Room 151 was awful and j just have on the other side of their utility room. All that was heard ALL night long was the sound of a furnace, boiler or something similar. Unable to get any sleep and highly disappointing.

The room was clean but the bathroom needs an upgrade. The breakfast was the excellent-eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cold & hot cereal plus juice and coffee! The staff were helpful too.

Room very clean except for bathtub drain had a hair ball in it and the stopper for the tub didn't work. the bath room sink is partially clogged and drained very slowly. The frig made a lot of noise when it kicked in-the tv when shut off switched to some other imput-there were no instructions how to operate it-the first time it happened the front desk guy got it working ; but in the morning it was back to different input. as far as the breakfast, it was not very warm, maybe a micro-wave in the food area would solve that problem. The staff were top of the line-when I checked out I left a sheet with the problems I ran into. I have stayed at this hotel whenever I'm in North Platte for over 20 years so I hope it's improved next time.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Overnight stay as we were traveling through. Breakfast was good, we would stay again.

The bed linens were fresh and clean. The room was clean and quiet. The shower was great. The breakfast was great. The room was nothing fancy but for the price I paid, I didn't expect anything fancy. Easy access to the motel from the Interstate.

The room was nasty my shoes stuck to the floor! Mold everywhere! Bathroom and sink was absolutely disgusting! The halway to the room was weird and gross! I will never stay again!

Front desk area was nicely done. Staff was pleasant, room was clean. Entry door and window are in poor condition. Without careful positioning of black out curtain, inside of room is clearly visible. That’s a security issue. Deadbolt lock didn’t seem to turn all the way, possible security issue. With gaps in between window and curtains, outside lighting kept room from being darkened. Low nightly rate softened the blow of some issues but I would rather feel safe.

Breakfast good. Room clean. Asked for extra pillows, none. No ice bucket. Went to front desk to get one, didn't have one. Attendant did know what one was. Construction of exterior. Exterior security C-.

The lady at the front desk was pretty awesome, I wish I would have gotten her name. She efficiently checked me in and an hour later called me to ask if everything was alright with the room. It definitely was but I never had a hotel check in agent call to verify that before. I was very happy about that. The breakfast was above expectations in that they provided actual dinner plates and silverware, had eggs, sausages, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt and pastries. All the hot dishes were served in professional chafing serving dishes. The most astounding part about all of this was that the room rate was surprisingly inexpensive It's a space set up for conventions and meeting and such so it was a very pleasant environment. I would definitely recommend.

On-site restaurant was convenient The bathroom was fairly disgusting, with mold around the bathtub, dried mop dirt pushed into a corners, curtains were ripped so walker’s by could see in the room, my room reeked like cigarette smoke. Hot tub was boarded up.
