North Conway Grand Hotel

We couldn't sleep the first night because the air conditioner in our room maked noises like an airplane engine while operating the take off...They changed our room by another.

The property was clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling alone.

Large heated pools. Nice outside hot tub. Good sized rooms. Hotel breakfast buffet and dinner dining menu just ordinary. Lots of convenient dining options outside of hotel. Great outlet shopping just steps away.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the little touches like complimentary hot chocolate, apple cider and cookies every afternoon. Great amenities like heated indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. Workout room had everything you need. Laundry room was clean and came in handy. Restaurant and lounge were convenient and well priced.

Comfortable. Liked that we had a sitting area with couch and coffee table. Loved the fun bears and moose they had in the lobby and on the first floor. Nice robes provided too. Would stay here again.

This hotel is awsome. Pool was warm, hot tub was great after a long day hiking. Beautiful grounds and super fun lobby area.

I found the bed comfy, but my wife didn’t! Breakfast was ok but for $31. The indoor hot tub wasn’t working, but the outside one was delightful!

The hotel was in a convenient location, but the rooms felt outdated and could use some renovation. Overall, the stay was okay, but the room condition could be improved to provide a more modern and comfortable experience.

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Amenities and activites on site were appreciated.

It is a beautiful property. Staff is excellent. Too S were big and clean. I don’t understand why they charge resort fees? I think it is unnecessary.

The Front desk was exceptional!

The bedhseets were not as clean as I would have expected. The mattresses and bedsheets smelt somewhat like weed.

The North Conway Grand Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Check in was challenging as there was only one person working the desk and there were at least 3 full buses of travelers trying to get checked in. Given that it was peak leaf peeping season, the hotel management should have planned better staffing to handle the increased volume. Our room was very comfortable other than the mattress which was hard as a rock. The indoor-outdoor pool area was nice. We did not visit the dining room. Of note, there was no hot water in the morning for showering which was disappointing and inconvenient. The hotel was able to correct the problem by late morning. Our room was comfortable with exception of the mattress being hard as a rock!

Boiler went out and we were unable to shower which made our stay unpleasant. We were there only one night and our only goal was a pillow to lay our heads on and a warm shower. Sadly they did not meet our very basic needs.

Nice hotel but too old. The bathtub drainage was really bad but the technician came right away to fix that. It would be nice if the old bathtub replaced with the shower.
