Hyatt Centric Times Square New York

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when they stored our luggage for us upon arrival. We really appreciated that! The hotel also had an excellent location, just a short walk from Times Square, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the shop next door, where we could get breakfast and other items, but everything was extremely overpriced. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the location!

We enjoyed our time! The front desk staff were so sweet and friendly when we arrived!

Locations , front desk staff and housekeeping were great. The only think that I wouldn’t recomend was the Bar 54. I had a planned reservation and when I got there the patio was closed. I got put in the very back this was not my expectation as I was very exited about the reviews. I will recommend the hotel, but defently the Bar would be something I will recomend.

We always stay here when we come to NYC. Staff members are friendly, especially Johnny. Great location, 5 min walk from broadway and everything you can imagine in Times Square. Rooms are pretty good size too.

The shower and staff

The property and the staff were all lovely and very helpful, particularly Dayana, Jovan, and Yenny. The hotel can’t be any more convenient for a stay in the city. However, I had a very unfortunate incident which seemed to stem from miscommunication and then a lack of nighttime protocol. A maintenance person was sent to my room at 1 AM based on an online survey I completed that only stated that the toilet had difficulty flushing. Someone interpreted that as a toilet overflowing and took unnecessary and inappropriate steps to send maintenance, extremely late at night, and who then proceeded to knock aggressively for several minutes, scaring my niece and causing panic between my sister and I. I have to say that this was a serious oversight and while everything else was great, I would caution anyone staying here solely due to this incident.

Nice clean and convenient hotel. Both Sams at the rooftop bar 54 were so gracious. A great experience.

Service are not upto mark it looks like lodge or motel rather then Hotel. I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Awesome location and very well maintained. Staff was very helpful and Security was always conscious of who is coming in and going. Could add more breakfast options with the Buffet instead of limited dollar per person in the cafe at the Lobby.

The entire stay was excellent. All the staff were very kind. The restaurant has a large variety of food options. Will stay again!
