Friendly and helpful staff, basic hotel. Small rooms were expected, but the rooms could be cleaner.

The location, also the staff were helpful, Everything was nice, but the rooms are small which is expected from this area, and also I wasn’t able to contact them via e-mail or booking messages before my stay for a request I had there wasn’t an e-mail shown on thier website

Location was great- lots of shopping and food nearby and train station was close too! The staff were also really kind. I was put in a room that didn't get any sunlight and the water in the shower wouldn't stay hot.

Great interconnecting rooms with our children. Was really nice, felt like an appartment. Hotel in a great spot - we travelled to High line, Brooklyn and uptown - was in the middle of all three. Super restaurants around us. Try to go to Corima! Would highly recommend the hotel - the bedrooms are roomy. Wish you had a water fountain in the lobby - concierge handed out water bottles, but would like to have filled our own ones. Otherwise was excellent.
