Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Laurel-Philadelphia

The woman at the desk was nice The room was dirty, there were stains on the covers, chair, and lamp shades. The furniture was broken and the bathtub was dirty looking.

Disappointing

Very clean room with plenty of space. Microwave and refrigerator are a plus. Very convient location close to New Jersey Turnpike and 295 Good choince

Location was ok. Front desk gave the same room #322 to another couple that checked in right after us. The couple gained access to our room while we were in there. The shower rod was disconnecting from the wall at both ends which caused the shower curtain to hang improperly, allowing water to access outside the tub. There was only luke warm water for our showers. Tub was peeling. There was masking tape hanging from the seams of the bathroom wall and door to room. Masking tape holding the bathroom air vent cover. Microwave with exposed spots inside. Lots of cosmetic malfunctions. Hotel definitely needs upgrades and repairs done without using masking tape.

This is absolutely the worst Comfort Inn I've ever seen. They need to close the place up to perform a complete renovation project ASAP!

The property was at 100%capacity so parking was a little difficult. Also the hot water was limited.

Really Really dirty. Do not stay if you don't have to.

The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. However, the facility is a bit tired. The king mattress was fine on one side, but totally broken down on the other. The water in the shower never really got hot - it was warm enough if you fiddled with the control, but if you tried for hotter, it just went cold . The breakfast was excellent, but coffee was hit or miss.

The property was conveniently located in an area that is surrounded by Walmart and restaurants, with easy access to all the main highways.

Homeless invaded Guests taking all the food while we're sitting in the lobby. I never seen something like this before. I will never book at this place again..

Room and shower were very dirty. Breakfast was cheap, minimal, not good at all.

Breakfast is good, parking is convenient, a good place for travelers.

TV didn’t work, sink didn’t . Mattress was horrible!! Dirty, noisy. Had to leave and drive home.

The room was very clean and front desk stadf was friendly but I could hear the person above me walking around for hours and assuming they were opening a window to smoke because I heard a noise throughout the night that sounded like a window sliding open. The garbage can right outside the hotel was overflowing when checked in at night and was even worse when we checked out.

Hold the key card, pray for a green light, then throw your entire body weight against the door. Welcome to maximum-security hospitality. Initially, the room looked acceptable. Look closer, though, and pictures appeared repositioned to conceal holes in the walls. Lamps and furnishings seemed randomly arranged. Then came the towels. If you’re touring woodworking shops and need something to sand balsa wood, these are outstanding. Forget sandpaper. I’ve felt softer surfaces at construction sites. And the bed! Imagine a squeaky metal box spring paired with a mattress so soft your spine considers early retirement. If you’re over 55 and wondering whether you have undiscovered art
