Super accommodations.

The staff was great, the gym was clean and updated, the only complaint I had was the smell in my room. It was really bad, like the carpet needs replaced

Breakfast was good and location convenient to both Hospitals. Would like to have a microwave in the room.

Karen, whom checked us in, was exceptional. I was a little manic after the first hotel we attempted to stay at was terrible. She was kind, helpful, and added some comic relief to my stressful evening. The continental breakfast was great both mornings. The hotel was clean, residents quite and respectful. My only complaint, that I did not voice to the staff because by the time we noticed we had less than 24 hrs left of our stay, was I believe the AC unit had a leak which caused the floor around it to be wet, which also caused the room to smell mildly of mildew.

Great place to stay everything exceeded expectations

Gerri was the front desk lady that was helping through the check in process and was an absolute delight. This was my first time in morgantown and she did help me a bit figuring out what I could do in less than 24 hours I had, in town!

For the price paid, the hotel was good; The ROOM was spotless I appreciated that the hotel had a refrigerator; it's location near the medical center was the best thing about it, though. The elevator did not get vacuumed during my stay. Even my 87 year old mother noticed.The beds were OK; I've had better & (unfortunately) worse.! . My mother would have appreciated a bathroom that was elderly friendly... shower with hand rails, Et C.

Breakfast was good No microwave in room. Our mirror was disgusting, stuff smeared all over it. Woke up at 6am with slamming doors.

Our room was on the first floor. The hallway had a damp, musty smell and when we opened the door to our room it smelled like dog shampoo, cigarettes, and dog pee. My daughter had walked in and taken her shoes off. When she stepped over by the bed, the carpet was wet. A room dehumidifier was on but running empty and dryer sheets had been placed in the ac vents.

Bathroom faucet is at the corner of sink and gets water everywhere to the point it drips onto the floor. Shower was moldy around the edges. Beds uncomfortable and pillows were dirty

Our room was never cleaned, shower was not working, bathtub was dirty and an awful musty odor was present. When we put our feet in the tub dirt and hair was floating around when we turned on the water. When we spoke to the Manager we were told that the room would be cleaned and showers fixed . We also asked for another room. When we approached the front desk later that day no one was aware of the situation . We were told that there were staffing issues . Someone did come in the room to clean the tub but were told not to expect anything else to be done because of lack of staff. We did contact Hilton corporate-no response from them. We will never stay there again and never recommend them. Very disappointed in the Hilton company
