Days Inn by Wyndham San Jose Airport

Location is a bit far from my work destination, but I was willing to drive the extra for the reduced rate - hence the high "value" score. Plenty of parking; plenty of nearby restaurants; close to freeway; surprisingly quiet once in the room. Safe area. Breakfast was uninspiring, so I went out to a restaurant. Would have liked a workout facility - especially a small weight room; not sure if I just missed it, or if there really was none. Business area was inadequate - nothing but a mid-size monitor. I needed to print three pages of hard copy for wet ink signature, and had to go to a different hotel to find a printer. Overall, the hotel is no perks, but solid for sleeping and half the price of places closer to downtown San Jose.

Security Deposit was actually charged to the credit card on the day of stay. 2 days after stay, clerk in the hotel claims it was refunded and it will show up 3-5 business days later.

We got to check in before check in. Will differently come again. I had to body wash in the container.

Fridge and microwave in room . Morning coffee. Price online. Location, parking. Older fixtures and out of date, elevator dosent work in a 3 floor building

"Breakfast was basic. A nearby...

good value for the cost

Very well kept clean We stayed on 3rd floor no elevator

Exceptional

For us, it was location. Short drive to VTA light rail parking to go to Levi Stadium.

I like the room I was trying to call the staff through they're phone but it happens twice the phine line doesn't work. I tried directly to their office phone but they didn't pick up my calls. So I was disappointed

Room very spacious The same issue, room phone line doesn't works

I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY STAY AT THE HOTEL IN SAN JOSE. I DISCOVERED NUMEROUS BLACK SPOTS ON THE PILLOWS THAT APPEARED TO BE MOLD, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN, AND I HAD TO CARRY MY HEAVY LUGGAGE UP THE STAIRS MYSELF. PEOPLE WERE SMOKING CANNABIS NEAR OUR ROOMS. I TRIED TO PICK UP THE PHONE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. PHONE DID NOT WORK FOR ANYTHING. I REPORTED THE PILLOW IN PERSON; THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER CAME AND CONFIRMED THE PILLOW LOOKED LIKE IT HAD MOLD. STAFF PROMISED TO HAVE THE HOTEL MANAGER CALL ME BACK, WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED. THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS, MAINTENANCE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, AND I WOULD LIKE MANAGEMENT TO ADDRESS THESE CONCERNS

Superb

Was ok

Disappointing

I liked that it was near a lot of food places Staff seemed a bit annoyed but other than that fine

Location is convenient for me. Room is clean but smells not that impressive. TV is not really updated.

Clean spacious and very comfortable budget hotel walking distance from SCU; even had some decent breakfast options Exceeded our expectations so no complaints

The room was clean, and liked that breakfast was included.

Bad
