If you're a heavy sleeper, you should be fine, we will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Clean property

I wish there was water filling stations on each level. The lobby just has a drinking fountain or the tap water dispenser.

The staff was wonderful. At check in all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Aloft in downtown Louisville. Only downside was the cost of parking, but the valets were perfect in their service.
-
Good location and near a lot of things downtown Couldnt sleep well because the beds were caved in.
-
It was very modern while also feeling homey! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I don’t have any complaints, other than for the price of what we paid for 5 nights I would’ve liked to have had breakfast included

Clean and nice Expensive…not a good value for the money spent

Staff super friendly Loud traffic, restaurant kind of chaotic when ordering, ran out of diet soda 2x
-
Super easy to walk to a bunch of distilleries and also get to great restaurants and speakeasies.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and roomy. I feel that there should be a mix of pillows (soft and medium) on the beds. Yes I could have asked for them, but I don't feel that I should need to. The lights in the vanity area should be on a separate switch. There should be a shelf in the shower for guests to put their personal items on. The bar should be open later than 10pm on Sundays on event weekends.

Very expensive for quality of hotel. Not bad, just not great.

Location was great Price

The room had a layout that looked nice but was not practical functionaly. a dedicated toilet room with its own light switch. I like to be able to have a dedicated toilet room with its own light that I can leave the light on with the door cracked. The way the lighting was set up i had to illuminate the whole sleeping area to have light in the toilet area. Louisville is associated with bourbon. Bourbon is often associated with cigars. A smoking area on the patio would have been a nice touch.

I loved the location, the staff, and it was clean. I think it's her overpriced for what it is. Overpriced $1200 for 3 nights and $150 in parking.

Almost everything, we really enjoyed our stay The coffee machine (fully automatic) was broken throughout our entire stay (4 days). The rinse water for the breakfast dishes was disgusting. I would have preferred to pay for coffee and get something decent instead.
