All the decor Liked it all

I basically like this line of hotels, and this visit was no exception- great location, friendly staff, modern feel to the facility. I had a meal in their restaurant and it was very good. However, this particular property needs some TLC; the building seems a bit run down, they seemed to be facing elevator functionality issues during my stay, and there was a leak in my bedroom due to the rain outside. I would visit other Graduates again, but I would not stay here again.

Graduate hotels are super cute and fun. You can tell this was an old hotel and things were redone. Everything was great but bathroom a little run down. Wall paper was ripped.

Have stayed here previous and will again if/when in Lincoln. Great place with friendly staff, easy parking and walkable to many places for food and drink.

Great front desk staff housekeeping was an issue- they refused us coffee that wasn’t decaf and came back often when asked for a later cleaning time. The hotel smells incredibly musty. Good deal. Great location

Wonderful service can’t beat it

We have stayed here multiple times and this time I was very annoyed with the check in time. It states 4 o'clock and it was passed 6 when they told us our room was ready.

We love the consistency of the Graduate Hotels and Lincoln was no exception. The check-in staff was very polite and excited to see us.

The breakfast was awful, and there was very limited options. I expect much higher quality when at a Hilton in this price range.

Don't get catfished into staying here. absolute dump hemorrhaging losses anyway they can. After renting multiple rooms and spending literally thousands here they decided to deny refunding 1 room that was never used.

Everything about the hotel/room was great. Very convenient for walking to all of the different places in the Hay market. We did have a “false alarm” fire alarm at midnight that was a rude awakening!
