The room wasn't bad for the price. The I had were the roaches in my room

The staff was nice and helpful but the property has definitely seen better days. The room is OK just for a good night sleep before going back to the road

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was extremely dirty, the carpets were absolutely disgusting, and the entire property was poorly maintained. The paint was peeling, the air conditioning was very noisy, and everything looked neglected and in need of renovation. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be a priority in any hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything is perfect

The staff was so friendly! And the ladies that cleaned the rooms were so friendly! It made my trip so much more enjoyable and less stressful!

The property itself is ok but needs improvement. Lots of things one is that there’s a vent in the shower that can see through the other room very creepy had to cover that vent plus other things.

Building could be better clean. It's dirty.

I stay at this hotel very often. Yes, perhaps it isn't perfect, but the value for money is more than good. It is clean, cozy, and safe. It is one of the best in its price range in Laredo. Every room has a fridge, you can always ask for an extra towel, and there is a large store nearby (a 7–8 minute walk) as well as a couple of places to eat (a 3–4 minute walk).

It was a great stay actually still staying for the rest of my rotation stayed in non smoking hallway smelled like weed but room smell normal. You can only do so much if people don’t follow the rules obviously but stay was great here for work made bed every night staff is amazing here and very polite and understanding.
