Staff were SUPER friendly. Only down fall was the door looked like it had been pried open before which made us a little uneasy. Staff made our stay worth while.

The room was not clean. Stains on the carpet and smelled very musty. The wallpaper was falling off the wall. The beds were terrible! Double beds instead of queens and the mattresses and spring were so worn down, very old and terrible. The pillows on the bed were mini pillows and not even correct bed size pillows. The water did not drain in the shower. The pool area was not well maintained. The hot tub was not working. The food for breakfast was okay. It pretty much had to run out of food then a little would be stocked back up as people came in to eat.

The Hotel badly needs to be updated. The bathroom really needed to be cleaned. It had mold around the bath tub, around the toilet base looked like urine drops. My daughter stayed on the sofa couch which had a twin size blanket which was ripped and smelled!! It just had an old nasty smell. The rugs in the room and in the hallway were so dirty. The people were very nice that worked there. The Hotel was extremely dirty.

Outdated hotel and rooms had a smell. Definitely needs an update. The employees were amazing and had alit to deal with considering the aged amenities.

Light in bathroom did not work. Hallways were dirty and smelled of smoke. Elevators was slow and unreliable. Not once did we see a cleaning crew in the hallways.

Location was ok. The place is tired……

Do not recommend. The furniture was broken/damaged, the wallpaper was falling off the wall, the doorway was broken and the carpet was stained. Awful.

The place was so disgusting, we walked into room and right back out. Went downstairs to get a refund. How bad… the carpet in halls and room was probably cleaned several years ago, the comforter had several burn holes in it, wallpaper peeling off the walls, sticky substance on desk, slash marks and holes in curtains. I wouldn’t even check for bed bugs because you would want to touch the sheets.

The room itself was clean enough, at least the parts you would touch. The mattress was old, but the bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. The walls and furniture need a good cleaning or replacement. The rest of the hotel (hallways, carpets, breakfast area, elevator areas) needed a good cleaning. Or at least a good vacuum and wipe down. The staff was nice.

Disguesting - key card had to be fixed 17 times in a two night stay- smoke detector was ripped out of the wall- we alerted staff- nothing was addressed- bathroom had mold. They gave us 1 night back after arguing non stop- 0/10 would NEVER go back.

Noisy dirty elevator, dirty hallway carpet. Items on floor in our bathroom, coffee maker broken in lobby. Would not stay here again.

Coffee at dining area broken for the whole stay. Vent in bathroom so noisy that you could not use. Desk chair in room old and very tippy

Hotel was dirty, had no towels either in room or by pool, Overall the hotel needs a good deep cleaning. Have stay for many years, will have to look for something else ?

Room reserved already occupied when we opened the room door...embarrassing to the occupants and to us. Felt not secure staying at this hotel. Had to drive 90 miles round trip to secure available hotel rooms. Not to confident in Expedia's high rating of this hotel.

Heard it was were the city has the homeless stay. Mold or smoke cigarette smell in all rooms changed rooms 3 times and couldn't cancel next night until manager came in. Grew up here and it hasnt been cleaned since then, 1999 prom.

Nice location. Comfortable bed. Clean linens and clean bathroom. Quiet and convenient location. Pleasant desk staff. However, this hotel is in need of some updating. Hall carpets are stained. The cushions on my room desk chair were severely worn. The refrigerator temperature knob was missing, and my food and beverages were partially frozen as a result. There were also plumbing issues. My shower did not drain properly, and the toilet clogged up. I chose this hotel for business travel because it was close to my conference venue and value priced compared to other options in the area, but it came with trade-offs.

For an older hotel it is very nice, friendly staff, well maintained, great breakfast, accomodations are nice and comfy.
