Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham Hoover

We really loved it here, they really take care of you.

Awesome location with super cool staff. 10 out of 10

Superb

Very nice Great location

Very good

Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and comfortable We did not get housekeeping during our stay but not too big a deal since we only stayed two nights

Facility was clean well kept - Staff was amazing - service was top notch - Price - was high

Exceptional

Breakfast and staff were excellent. Rooms clean. Had to call for linens for couch and for enough towels for number of registered guests. Towels both nights and made us come and get them the second night. Security sound asleep on the stool at front desk when we came in at 130 am.

I cannot say enough about this property and our stay. The staff was absolutely awesome, The Hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we will 100% stay at this hotel on all future beach trip or travel through this area.

Clean room, friendly staff, and all around great experience!

Beds, food, tv, space were all very good Pool was not heated, had to change rooms twice - once for double booking and then again for running toilet. Housekeeping bothered us twice during last hour of packing before departing and they did not stock bathroom correctly (had to ask for shampoo.)

Our room was very clean, the staff was great. Breakfast was delicious and parking was as easy as it can get! We will definitely be staying here from now on when we have to come to the children’s hospital for our son. Highly recommended!

Great stay, would highly recommend

Really nice hotel & comfy suites

Great location, parking is limited but there is

Good

It was clean, quite, and comfortable plus the hot breakfast was awesome

Room was not cleaned the first night..

The breakfast was great, very nice rooms!!! I couldn’t sleep at night given the noise from the later check-ins. It was terrible.
