Loved the location to downtown Helena. It was exceptionally clean. Whoever cleaned the room left us a note and a little ducky. So welcoming. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! All the staff were fabulous and friendly! Would definitely stay again especially for the value. They are currently updating some things so be prepared for something a little untraditional when it comes to location of breakfast. However, breakfast and staff were still wonderful. No complaints.

The room and hotel was clean, break fast was yummy, the staff were amazing and kind. I will say that the bathrooms for the rooms need up dated and to have a fan but honestly this was a great stay.

The facility was nicely updated. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very nice. The place was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the pillows. It seems they are still updating the hotel, so the breakfast area was a little make-shift but still very nice and accommodating. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everyone talking outside, not just closing doors but also opening them. You could hear people next door in their rooms talking, coughing, flushing toilets and their TV. You could hear people talking in the halls and exterior doors open and close. You could hear people upstairs walking around.

Prompt reception by staff that honoured our request for first floor room. Easy, accessible and safe parking. Our room was perfect, clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical with fruit, yogurt, coffee and eggs that make up our breakfast. We will return.

The staff's are amazing. When we arrived about 1 am, everything are ready and we have a good rest from our long trip. Our room is very comfortable and clean. Thanks again!
