Our stay was wonderful. Staff were EXCELLENT!! Everyone was so polite, helpful and welcoming. Our room was very clean. It always a great stay when your fur baby feels at home there.

Bathrooms were not clean! I had to be moved from one room with a dirty shower to another room with a filthy toilet and shower! I have pictures. And the hallway smelled so bad the following mornings like a dead body was on the floor.

Staff was very rude, charged my card $160 10 min after we checked out saying we smoked in the room when we walked downstairs , outside every single time to smoke.
