I enjoyed my stay I will be staying there again.

First time staying here and we were pleasantly shocked. Yes the property is older but it was very clean and the price was great. We have a child at CMU and make several visits to GJ a year. We have already booked another stay.

Never gonna stay there again.

We had a great stay. The motel may be older, but who really cares. Everything was well kept up and very clean. The room was very large. It had a seperate vanity with a sink, besides the one in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We got a great nights sleep. Thank you for keeping us.

Budget accomodations. Outdated. Good if you just want a busy place to sleep at a cheap price. Like they say you get what you pay for.
-
Convenient location, quiet, The filthy stained carpet in room was very disappointing considering the cost. I did not expect to have outside door access as well as hallway access - this made the room feel less secure. The dim lighting upon entering this property gives it kind of a creepy vibe.
-
Pretty clean room and no issues during my stay. The only thing I did not like is how hard the doors were to open and close.
-
It was an awesome trip. The room was outstanding. We are already planning another trip there.

Close to lots os restaurants. We found room clean and staff very helpful. Great value for the room.
-
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was fantastic. Best sleep I have had in a while. Shower pressure was great and the bath towels were the thickest of any of the motels that I have stayed in recently. Great value for the money.

No breakfast available. Just a discount at the nearby Denny's The toilets are the worst. They are so low they are difficult to use. Even the port-a-potty at a near by park was better. I would not go back simply because of the toilets
-
Check in staff very unaccommodating. Be prepared for out of the ordinary “rules” and unexpected room charges. Would not stay here again.
-
Older hotel but very clean. Nice location close to airport. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice during our trip, our first night in Grand Junction and our last night before flying home. I would stay again.

The Ville is the place to stay! Clean rooms friendly staff . It was very refreshing!
-
good as a one night stopover, has been taken over and alot of the facilities not in use. Room was clean ,everything worked carpets could do with changing ,but overall a good place to stay at a good rate.
-
Horrible place. Horrible staff. Told 24 to 72 hours to get my $100 deposit back but after 6 days still haven't received it. Please take them off your list of hotels. Absolutely Horrible experience.

Nothing No at front desk toilet didnt work everything in room was beat to hell
-
the beds were comfortable and the tv and other amenities were good The plumbing in 102 was not very good, hot water faucet in the tub didn't work and the water pressure in the room wasn't good at all. The bathroom sink hot water knob leaked with you ran the cold water.

The hotel is extremely dated and needs to be overhauled completely. Big hole in the lobby ceiling that is from water damage and you can easily see black mold up inside of it. The floors are uneven and don’t feel super stable. There was a door blocked off on our way to the room marked Asbestos which didn’t bode well for the overall state of the place. We showed up and only used the beds, didn’t feel anything else would be safe to use and not get a fungus or bug of some sort. When we woke up to leave after having only been in our room for 6 hours just to sleep my entire family was all stopped up in our sinuses and had a slight headache. Next time we come thru we definitely won’t be staying here. The price might be attractive but you absolutely get what you pay for, and in my opinion it was overpriced due to the overall state of the property. I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary.
