The front desk staff was very helpful - with access to free hotel WiFi connectivity Provided helpful insight for local attractions I might consider while in the area.

Dirty and poorly maintained
-
Eady acces good location value
-
Assigned to a second room - the plumbing in bathtub was disconnected, in middle of repairs.
-
The staff made sure that handicap access was done.

The outside could use some updating. The rooms and inside of hotel were clean.

Hotel experience was not good. We booked a king room and were given a queen bed room because I had my service dog with me. This should not be allowed. I paid for a king room and shouldn’t have been given a lesser room. My service dog is to be able to come with me wherever I go. The room was mediocre. Older property. It was VERY noisy. Doors slamming Vacuums being run. Our room was the last room on the first floor near a side entrance with no locks or security into the bldg.
-
Very much dated and overall maintenance has much to be desired.
-
Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Later she accosts hubby with the dog & says we didn’t pay the fee. Girl, you ran my card for something! (Probably incidentals) He’s walking through the lobby with a 50 lb dog, it’s not like we’re trying to hide him. I would just like a bit better communication & some customer service.

The woman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was quite old and a little dirty.
-
I booked a King Room and when I arrived I was given a Queen room because I have a service dog. Service animals are allowed anywhere I go. I paid the rate for a King room not the smaller room
-
Great place for the price
-
Everything .. We are happy with what we got.
-
Front desk lady was super nice. Room was clean but could use some upgrades.
-
The price was the most surprising thing about this hotel, it's cheap.
