The entire hotel was extremely clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and best of all, the rooms were very quiet at night which ensured a good night's sleep. Exceptionally convenient to everything!

If you’re a light sleeper like me, I don’t recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and the traffic noise kept me awake throughout my first night. The next morning, I asked to move to a room away from the interstate. The front desk assured me I would be moved to the third floor on the opposite side of the hotel. I packed my belongings before leaving to visit my terminally ill sister, expecting to change rooms when I returned that evening. When I returned, I was told to gather my things and that someone would bring me a new room key, no one came. I eventually brought my luggage down to the lobby, only to learn that no room had been reserved for me. The only alternative was a room with two queen beds instead of the king suite I had booked. Despite the downgrade, they said they couldn’t offer a price adjustment because I had booked through Expedia. I returned to my original room. The following morning, I explained everything to the manager, including the difficult circumstances of my visit. He apologized, but I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. I told him I would remain in my original room for the final two nights. Despite that conversation, the front desk called around 8 p.m. that evening to ask whether I would be changing rooms. The interstate noise was bad enough, but the broken promise and poor communication made an already painful trip more stressful. I left feeling that my concerns had never been properly addressed.

The hotel was close to the venue where I was going at for a work event and had plenty of parking. I was a little frustrated with my reservations to the room I received. I had booked months ago on a third-party Booking.com app for a King suite and when I arrived, they did not tell me that there was no King suites available. They placed me in a handicapped unit with two double beds. I inquired about a difference in the price as I paid for a suite and the response I got was they wouldn’t charge me any more additional. Giving the choice when I return to the area, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. I will probably choose one of the other hotels in the immediate area. As a Hilton honors member, I didn’t feel very supported in the room situation and will choose another Hilton product moving forward.

Pets are welcome We were to have adjacent rooms but were told that they weren't available because booking.com didn't tell the hotel. They kept telling me they don't like 3rd party booking companies because "they never tell us anything "

Every thing was amazing

Safe area. Located near abundance of restaurants and retails.

We had a larger studio room. It was very large but looked a little tired. The sink was outside the bathroom, certainly not a main issue but the toilet and shower area were ridiculously small. You could not put the bath mat down unless door was closed. The shower stall was so small my elbows touched the wall and door while showering. We have stayed in my Hampton Inn’s and this had to be the worst bathroom, others were definitely more roomy. Also, the bed was on the very firm side, which caused major issues with my arthritic shoulder. As usual the breakfast was good with a good amount of choices. Also very good location.

Very enjoyable stay, clean, a large breafast selection , no added on parking fee and my room was on the high way side of the hotel with no disturbing noise. The only problem I had was that I had disruptive cell phone sevice and had to depend on hotel wifi for comunacation. I also had the same problem at the sister hotel next door 6 months earlier. (could be my phone settings?) Much better stay than Garden next door .
