Everything was fine except we had no hot water in the room for a shower the next morning. When we told the staff at the desk they said it was unfortunate….they could’ve at least comped parking.

It was a very nice stay for one night. Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Shower in bathroom large with nice products, hot water and great water pressure. Malones Irish Pub served a nice dinner with a very friendly waiter. Drink seemed to be weak so maybe stick to Guinness. Breakfast this morning was great. They had plenty of offerings including hot items (nicely cooked), pastries, cold cereals, yogurt, fruit etc. I highly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel from the check-in to the checking out. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. This was a great stay and I will definitely be back.

On the positive side, the hotel itself was beautiful and very well kept. I absolutely loved the castle like look and character of the property it really gave it a unique and charming feel. I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the front desk regarding additional charges. At check-in, we were specifically told that we would not have to pay for parking. The following day, another staff member told us that information was incorrect. Thankfully, they honored what we had originally been told and did not charge us, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the same thing happened with breakfast. We specifically asked about breakfast during check-in, but no one mentioned that there was an additional charge. We didn’t find out until after we had already sat down, gotten our food, and the waitress brought us the bill. At that point, it was too late. Paying $26 for a mediocre hotel breakfast that was comparable to complimentary breakfasts offered at many other hotels was disappointing.
