I did like how clean everything was. What didn't i like that when i look out of the window mostly all i see are a tree.

The property appears to be suffering from a lot of deferred maintenance. It isn't horrible, but it is tired. If you want fancy place, this isn't you place. If you want a clean place to lay down your head, this probably would offer you a good value.

Front Desk staff was very helpful, had to change rooms due to no hot water.

My room was good except for the window shade. It was inoperable.

We stayed at this location due to the convenience to the Gas South Arena in Duluth to attend a concert. It was perfect. It took about 10 minutes to travel to the arena. The breakfast in the morning was well prepared and adequate to help start our day and 2 hour drive back home to the North Georgia mountains. The only thing I didn't like was the Atlanta area traffic but that has nothing to do with the hotel stay.

The hallway carpet was dirty, and the ice machines on some floors were not working. The toilet flushing noise was excessively loud and could be heard from the neighboring room. Additionally, the PTAC air conditioner was extremely noisy.

We checked in around 9ish pm on a Sunday night. Booked ahead 2 adjoining rooms as we have 4 kids instead the rooms were around the corner from each other due to lack of rooms available. The front office guy was ok, straight forward conversation. Rooms were decent. Needs an update if possible. The AC wasn’t working properly or maybe I think it’s all being center controlled from main. Terrible crank start and run for about 10 min and then stop for about 30+ min before another start so room can smell humid. Went downstairs to tell the front office guy, but he wasn’t bother to have anyone check. So we stayed in that room to be a little closer to kids instead of going to another floor, it was only for 1 night. One thing I like about the hotel is the 11’o clock checkout!!

The location We had no hot water in our room the whole weekend we had to take cold showers

Arrived to find out the room we booked was no longer available but wasn’t told until the credit card had been run and we walked into the alternate room, which had a couch bed rather than a second bed as requested.

Well kept and friendly

Clean, safe, check. Walk to eat. Fitness room was 5 out of 10, they just don't try very hard. The room and common areas were clean and presentable.
