Looked like it was a grand hotel in its day. Food was excellent Old and dated. Hallway carpets desperately need replacing. Wallpaper coming off walls in main areas

My stay was great. Front desk staff was friendly and understanding. She really took care of me. I appreciate her so much.

About as meh as you can get. But then again, not much else in the area. All these "budget" hotels are about the same.

This hotel was quite a disappointment. Happy, dingy room with A/c that didn’t work and was never resolved. Maybe a room that was to be remodeled—the front desk clerk said there was a control on the wall but there wasn’t. It was a raw plastic piece. The door didn’t close well. The elevator was excessive. The only bright spot was that it had a king sized bed. We will not stay here again.

Sold my home and im using the hotel as a temporary residence. Very comfortable and staff especially the front desk and house keeping folks have been amazing.

This would have received a much better rating had the front desk experience not been totally uncaring and inattentive and in one case, totally beyond the pale.....RUDE! I would never stay at this place again!

Ok hotel. The carpeting throughout the hotel including the rooms were dirty smelly and old looking. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area. Conveniently located to the mall and other attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was also quite nice.

This hotel is a good value for the area and a nice place, but they really need to repair things in the rooms. Ours was missing a coffee table and had some repair issues

Nice staff and facilities. Hotel seems a little older, but all in all good stay here. Walls are quite thin, can hear neighbors tv/conversations.
