WoodSpring Suites Columbus near Fort Benning

Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.

Nothing at all The front desk clerk was so rude and very disrespectful, the hallway was full of marijuana smoke, dogs barking all night in the rooms, loud music was played by our window, bed wasn't comfortable at all, the smell in the room was horrible...... overall, ion think I'll ever come back there and dare recommend anyone to come there bc if I had the power and authority to, I would definitely demolished that hotel....this just my opinion on what I had to go through and experience. ?

Nothing. The property was so dirty I cancelled completely and booked a different hotel! Everything. There was mold growing in the shower. It looked like a scene from a murder tv show on Netflix back in 1998.

There was no hot water the whole entire 2 weeks I was there had to take Luke warm showers unacceptable for personal hygiene

The staff was friendly. However, they were not there all the time. The place smelled really bad. It was heavy dog odor, marijuana, and a mildew smell. The aminities were falling apart. The shower did not work, and there were roaches everywhere. I had one fall on my face at night when I was sleeping.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He allowed us to see the room before we completed the booking to start our stay. Unfortunately, we decided to not stay at all. First and foremost, we had a passing in our family so of course we needed to go back home. Secondly, the room was not even close to the pictures online. The refrigerator was rusted. The sprinklers had like some type of paper around it which is a safety/fire hazard. Hole in the wall where something looked like maybe a heavy picture was hung once. But the ultimate reasoning we decided to leave was because of the toilet. It was completely BLACK inside of it. Apparently housekeeping cleaned the carpet and threw out the dirty water and forgot to flush. What a horrible sight!!! Only good part of this experience was being able to get our money back.

There was no complementary breakfast and it was close to where we needed to be at the base The cleanliness of the room and we saw too, was not up to standards really there was mold smell of mold bathrooms not fairly cleaned kitchen cabinets full of grease overhead light for the oven didn’t work switches broken

I Went Down On A Friday Checked The Room Out And Instantly Asked For A Refund. Hopefully I Get It

I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!

There were roaches in the rooms that was a terrible experience. The rooms had an order. However your attendant was very nice and helpful. Sorry just wouldn’t stay there again!

It looked decent from the outside. Rooms were nothing like the photos. They were dirty, in poor repair with even the linens being sparse and ripped. The plaster on the walls was peeling and the refrigerator was rusted. It had a kitchenette, but no dishes, silverware, or pots and pans to cook with. Only one thin towel and a bar of soap in the bathroom. No furniture but a bed on a metal frame, a nightstand, and TV cabinet that were in poor shape with the drawers of both unable to close properly. And let’s not forget the roaches and other various and sundry bugs present in the room.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. Galway’s smelled of fresh pet urine to a point where you will want to throw up due to amount of ammonia in air. Blood and human hair on toilet. Toenail clippings next to bed on floor. Roaches
